One-to-one interviews with candidates will follow on 24 October, where Logol aims to select new talent to sustain its current
accelerated international growth trajectory.

Logol’s participation as Main Sponsor at the top-tier recruiting event in Pisa offers the opportunity to engage with students of extraordinarily high potential on the verge of entering the job market. JOBFair, now at its sixth edition, is a yearly appointment dedicated to shining a light on the talents bred in the stables of some of the most dynamic and scientifically successfu universities in Italy. The academic institutions participating in this exclusive initiative are: Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa, IUSS of Pavia, IMT Alti Studi Lucca, Gran Sasso Science Institute of L’Aquila and the International School of Advanced Studies of Trieste.

“Logol employs alumni from some of Europe’s most prestigious universities and takes pride in the curricula of its extremely competent and customer-oriented team,” says Alessandro Maserati, Head of Artificial Intelligence of Logol and himself an alumnus of the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa. “We believe that at a time when the revolution brought about by digital transformation and artificial intelligence is completely uprooting many traditional business paradigms, the skills and experience that technology specialists must bring to the table of innovation have also changed. Even decades of experience in traditional ICT systems development and integration can hardly compete with a digitalnative upbringing, coupled with a strong academic background and first-class experience creating
state-of-the-art AI-based solutions, such as the ones we bring to life at Logol together with our clients.”

Working close to where talent is bred in high-profile academic institutions, Logol regularly participates in important recruiting events at top universities across Europe to engage with highly coveted graduate-level talent and boost awareness of Logol as a preferred employer.
