The competition is organized by Logol AG, Sennweidstrasse 43, 6312 Steinhausen, Switzerland.
Eligibility to participate
All natural persons resident in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Logol AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation in the competition
To take part in the competition, participants must answer all questions about the 12 Logol Galaxy posts. Participation is via LinkedIn.
The competition is free and there is no obligation to buy.
The closing date for entries is December 21. Multiple entries are not permitted. Each person may only participate once.
Logol AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of a breach of the competition conditions or attempts at manipulation, as well as in the event of suspicion of the aforementioned circumstances.
Prize
The prize consists of a hotel voucher for a hotel in Zermatt worth the equivalent of CHF 3000.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for other prizes.
The winner is responsible for finding out about any tax implications.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be selected from the internal leaderboard.
If several participants take first place, the winner will be drawn at random.
The selection will take place within 7 days after the end of the possible competition participation.
The winner will be notified via LinkedIn Direct Message. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 1 month, Logol AG reserves the right to select a new winner.
Data protection
The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively to carry out the competition and – with the exception of IT tools used accordingly – will not be passed on to third parties.
The winner may be communicated publicly, e.g. but not exclusively on the internet or on social media platforms.
The participants agree that their submitted photos, contributions or videos may be published and used.
