Implementation Timeline

Despite the project’s scope, the transformation was executed in just three months. Key milestones:

• Kick-off Meeting (Jan 8): Initiating shared goals and responsibilities
• Assessment & Planning (Feb 4): On-site visits and digital maturity evaluation
• Infrastructure and Device Rollout (Mar 12–13): Laptops and phone system implemented
• Training & ELLE Academy Access (from Feb): Self-paced and instructor-led learning
• Go-Live (Mar 24): Transition to ELLE and start of Hypercare support
