On 19 November 2026, Finanz und Wirtschaft hosts the Opportunities Forum at the HWZ in Zurich, its annual Key Investment Outlook. The focus is on market trends for the coming financial year, alongside topics such as derivatives, commodities and cryptocurrencies.

Hands-on experts and industry specialists from around the world open up fresh investment perspectives and challenge established structures. A particular focus is on financial literacy: practical workshops cover platform-based investing and trading, crypto investments and entry strategies. From trading psychology and structured products to building a successful portfolio, the forum offers the most exciting trends, in-depth analyses and concrete methods.

The programme is designed for private and institutional investors alike: from finance enthusiasts and high-net-worth individuals to experienced traders, portfolio managers, analysts and decision-makers from banks, asset management, family offices, foundations, insurance companies and pension funds.

The session will then explore the potential economic impact of AI across different industries, including financial services, professional services and technology. It will examine how AI may affect productivity, employment, competitive dynamics and capital allocation, while distinguishing measurable developments from speculation and market hype.

About the speaker:
Alessandro Maserati is a mathematician and a leading figure in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He graduated with honours from the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa. After starting his career at the Boston Consulting Group, he specialized in AI. He has been with Logol since 2017, where he is now Director and Head of AI. As an international speaker and lecturer at institutions such as the Politecnico di Milano and SUPSI, he is also President of the Associazione Normalisti and a member of Mensa. He combines technical excellence with strategic vision and is regarded as a defining figure at the intersection of science and industry.
